A peculiar feature in these cats is that their their hind legs go limp whenever they’re picked up and thats how they got their name – Ragdoll. These kittens came into existence in the 1960s, they have large bodies, color point coats, and silky fur. One of their signature features are the piercing blue eyes. These are significantly lap cats and enjoy all types of social interaction. Ragdolls are gentle and are mild tempered, they are loyal like dogs to their owners, and are open to sharing their owners attention with other pets.
